Process Serving

Conflict International’s process serving team can serve all forms of legal documents in the UK and internationally.

We can deploy highly experienced staff who fully understand the mechanisms for service of a wide variety of legal documents and who strictly adhere to CPR Part 6 or any other locally relevant legislation, together with all Human Rights and Data Protection laws.

Conflict International regularly accepts process serving instructions from a wide range of clients, including local authorities, law firms, private companies, private individuals and government agencies, both UK and internationally to serve all forms of legal documents.

We aim to serve documents within 5 days; however, we have the ability to serve any urgent process on the same day anywhere in the UK. In addition, we are able to collect any urgent process from court, or a prearranged location and serve on the same day.

Experienced process servers worldwide

Conflict International has an established professional network of experienced process servers worldwide which allows us to offer a comprehensive international service. All process serving internationally is completed in accordance with the rules set out by the Hague Convention, the country in question or the issuing Court.

Our experienced team of back office staff is able to prepare detailed Affidavits, Certificates and Statements of Service and our representatives will attend court as and where necessary. We also have the ability to trace absconded or uncooperative respondents anywhere in the UK prior to the service of documentation.
